I’ve deleted all my previous posts cos’ i’m gonna start this new chapter, it’s called: Training.
I know it has always been a part of me, whats new now it’s that i’m going to reflect and blog about it after each training session, if possible.
So yeah, i’m gonna start with yesterday training:
Warm up
Catching game
10 uchikomi x 10 techniques
Fav technique uchikomi 20 x 5 sets
Randori x 2mins
Frog jump x 4 laps
Push up x 4 laps
Shutter run 10 laps x 2 sets
3/4 through the 10 x 10 uchikomi i was already pretty tired..but jiaolian reminded me that it’s during times like this your body will become stronger. It’s a concept that everybody knows – but how many actually instill that into your mind and body. I know i wasn’t very convinced of that myself.
If i want to create a ‘miracle’ during a competition, i’ve to create ‘miracle’ during daily trainings first.
I wonder how much i’ll change within the next 3 months.
